  • Thirty years experience in real estate finance, brokerage and administration.
  • Managed the construction and investment real estate area of a $20 billion financial services institution providing financing for residential clients and those commercial clients with sales less than $10MM.
  • Developed and implemented staffing plans, incentive plans and lending certification programs for acquired and merged banks addressing real estate finance needs. Interacting with executive management of acquired institutions required extensive traveling and customizing plans based upon local market share, past practices and transition plans appropriate for the market involved.
  • Established a professional commercial real estate loan administration department, emphasizing compliance with changing procedures resulting from three bank acquisitions/mergers, within a four-year period.
  • Obtained a CCIM investment brokerage designation in 1992, becoming, at that time, one of eleven CCIMS in Nashville.
  • Negotiated income project acquisitions exceeding $100 million acquired during a two-year period for a real estate investment firm.
  • Coordinated multi-family acquisition efforts, involving seven negotiators and independent brokers contracted with the company. Managed owner research, market research and administrative areas.
  • Managed a $90 million real estate portfolio including loan origination, project analysis, committee presentation, document negotiation, closing and servicing of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
